Your Role
As our Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to the doctor and a key leader in keeping the clinical side of the office running smoothly. You’ll assist chairside, oversee sterilization and clinical inventory, support and train team members, and help maintain high standards of care and efficiency throughout the practice.

Your Role
As our Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to the doctor and a key leader in keeping the clinical side of the office running smoothly. You’ll assist chairside, oversee sterilization and clinical inventory, support and train team members, and help maintain high standards of care and efficiency throughout the practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures
- Lead and support the clinical team with daily operations and scheduling
- Ensure OSHA and infection control compliance
- Manage ordering and inventory of dental supplies
- Maintain patient comfort and provide a positive, caring experience
- Mentor and train new dental assistants
- Collaborate with the doctor and front office to ensure seamless patient flow
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience (lead or senior role preferred)
- BLS certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and sterilization protocols
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
